AJO has built a unique Software as a Service (SaaS) platform - 'WORKSTAR'.
We analysed the way in which various technical and operational aspects of business were carried out and redesigned them for today's environment. This process resulted in the development of a series of unique, wholly new functionalities - 'Stars' - designed to integrate seamlessly with the day-to-day running of an organisation.
We initially targetted the platform at the Asbestos Removal sector; we did this because it is subject to an HSE permissioning regime and is tightly controlled. We did it precisely because we knew it would be difficult. What follows is a a brief description of the functionalities that combine to make up the AJO Platform.
WORKSTAR - Is the full-scale platform system designed to contain the other AJO 'STAR' functionalities shown below.
TIMESTAR - Is the unique AJO Recruit and Engage system for aquiring and running qualified personnel.
CHRONOS - Runs inside TIMESTAR and controls amongst other functions, digital timesheets, invoicing, compliance.
PAYSTAR - (Fintech). Currenlty in development with partners. Will allow an organisation to access ongoing operational funding.
INSURESTAR - (Insurtech). In development with partners. Will facilitate a unique and radical ELCI PAYG insurance product
The AJO Workstar promotes a community, involving organisations, employees and supply chain members. Each participating member benefits from our Share To Earn (S2E) ethos and is incentivised to promote the community.
